How to connect On-premise SQL Server SSISDB to Azure SQL Managed Instance.

Is it possible to connect On-premise SQL Server SSISDB Catalog to Azure SQL Managed Instance.

We don't to migrate the SSISDB, we need to simply connect SSISDB from Azure SQL MI as there some process is setup on the On-premise SQL Server/ VM.
