OneDrive not syncing known folders

So this is strange: 106690-asdasdsda.png

I'm using OneDrive in a Citrix environment and I installed it for /AllUsers. All of my policies are set to move known folders up. But what's really odd is it says that my IT department (me) wans to move folders... and then errors saying that your IT admin (me) is blocking you. I sifted through all of my GPOs and nothing is blocking it. I even went and manually added: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer DisablePersonalDirChange = 0. It's driving me a bit nuts. Is there some different way of doing this in TS? To add I have FSLogix installed too.

Thanks!
Ward
