End user how to update his/her Personal Picture in Teams

In my org, some user can update his/her personal picture, but some of user cannot.
Please advise us, how to check and fix this type of problem.

Hi @WayneLei-6464

There are several factors which can cause this issue:

1) Exchange Online License missing.

To enable picture adding to a Teams profile, please make sure you have an Exchange Online license enabled for this profile. For more details about why you need to this license, you could read this document below:

2)Team client cache issue.

In this case, please try to follow these tips to clear your client cache file and restart Teams:

  1. Sign out Teams client

  2. While holding the Windows key, press R to open Windows Run, then copy and paste the following into the box and click OK:
    %appdata%\Microsoft

  3. Find the Teams folder, then right click it and select Delete.

To be noticed that it needs about 24 hours to make the change effect.
