On a SharePoint Group; a user who have just read right (i'm sure of that :-) ) can modify SharePoint Theme.
Do you know how it is possible ?

Users who have default read permission for the site are unable to modify the site theme.
As a workaround, we could create a custom permission level based on Read to apply themes, borders, and style sheets on the site.
Simple test for your reference:
Copy the default Read permission level:
Then add "Apply themes and Borders" permission under Site permissions, named as "Read with apply themes" : 

Lastly, give users with the new custom permission level, which will allow them change the site theme with read permissions.
