2019EX Migration Batches, when do I delete?

Hello all,
So I'm close to having the 2013EX -->2019EX migration complete.
However I think I'm missing something regarding the final steps of the migration.
I moved all the mailboxes using the suggested method of Migration batches.
My understanding is that migration batches keep 2013 and 2019 synced. Is that the case?
I'm at the point I want to stop using 2013. However the migration batches still exist.
Do I need to delete the migration batches and then remove 2013EX references in all send connectors?

What are the final steps to complete the migration?
Thanks, B

Once the batches are completed, there is no more syncing, but delete them anyway so you can remove the 2013 server
And yes, remove any 2013 server that a source server in a send connector.

So I can just delete the batches from the EAC and be done, or is it via shell cmd? Thanks.
