Advanced Management Portal Access Error - Domain

I am not able to access Advanced Management Portal - Domain. There is an Error. Also, Advanced Management Portal link is locked. As you know that, this is important for start-up firms. Please solve this problem.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Please advise me ASAP. I would like to transfer my domain to Unlock and get Authorization Code however I am not able to access Advanced Management Portal. This is not ethical. I must change my nameservers but it is also locked.

If you were us, what would you do? Assume that microsoft.com domain nameservers are locked? Please advise and solve the problem.

@Murat-6632, Apologies for the delay in responding on this over the weekend. I completely understand the frustration with this issue you’re encountering.

I have checked this on multiple subscriptions and I'm able to access 'Advanced Management Portal' fine (screencast below).
To better assist you on this, just to clarify, do you recall making any changes to your subscription prior to this issue (or are you noticing this for the first time on your subscription/account)? And do you have admin/co-admin permission on the subscription?

You could capture a network trace via F12 developer tools in the browser to fetch more details on the error.
Advanced Management portal is managed by GoDaddy.

You can go directly to your Godaddy account, and once you’re in the Domain Manager, try to access the link for your domain - https://dns.secureserver.net/yourdomain/nameservers

Direct URLs “dcc.secureserver.net” and “dns.secureserver.net

Additionally, you may use GoDaddy Domain APIs to set the nameservers and see if it works here.
