Graphics settings only show integrated GPU

After updating my AMD Radeon HD 7670M driver, I noticed I couldn't see it on the graphics settings. It would only show the integrated Intel HD 4000 one. I can still see it, however, in the device manager. I would like to use my AMD driver for Bluestacks and Adobe CC. Can anyone please help?

It should have a separate setting, you may open start and search for Intel and AMD and see if you able to open it?

Thank you for your response. I couldn't go to the AMD Radeon Settings because it is not there when I right-click on the desktop. I looked this up and found this: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/8nfrkn/radeon_setting_not_showing/ . I followed this and used DDU and then reinstalled the AMD drivers using AMD Radeon™ Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta Driver. This seemed to work at first because I can access AMD Radeon Settings and see AMD on the graphics settings again. However, I then got a couple of BSOD's and when I checked on DriverEasy, it turns out that the driver wasn't up-to-date. So I updated them using DriverEasy but now I'm back to where I started. I can't access AMD Radeon Settings or see AMD on the graphics settings again.
