Help! Accidentally removed an acct from (Microsoft Authenticator App) now im unable to access that erased/removed acct.

As the title of this question suggests, I accidentally removed my coinbase account from the MS Authenticator App and due to the 2FA settings that were recently set up with that account, when I try to log in to my coinbase acct (doesn't matter if it's my PC, my laptop, or phone - I'm always asked for the 6 digit verification code from the authenticator app. I only started is in the authenticator app about a week ago so I am not very familiar with it - not that the settings menus etc give many options, and I'm running in circles trying to find direct answers or help with simply restoring coinbase to authenticator, but to add it originally I had to be logged in to the account already and then in settings set up 2FA by scanning the QR code with my phone, using the authenticator app! If I can't log in now, isn't there a way I can use my authenticator backup to restore the authenticator to previous state kinda like a system restore? The only other option I've found so far is a full account recovery from coinbase, but its a process and takes a few days to verify my new ID submission etc. Please someone tell me there's a better way!

Thanks.. yeah I was hoping to find an alternative route where I didn't have to go thru uploading my ID again and taking another selfie and then have wait up to 48 hrs to access my account lol. I do appreciate your answer though - I guess I was hoping to find a simpler way or see if I could locate a new QR code without having to actually be logged in to the coinbase account, but then again, I suppose a "generic" QR code would defeat the purpose of the extra layer of security. Well, looks like I may have to do the account recovery (funny thing is, I just went through this last week. I set up a second account to link to a different bank and in the process, I used a different email and password, but in the process of authorizing my devices to be able to access my coinbase acct from either my desktop, laptop, or phone I somehow ended up with 2 entangled accounts but the 2FA Codes were only working for the most recent account... I sure know how to screw up things lol)
