Hi,
I cannot login to the Azure portal (or any other MS service) using my company email address. I have activated two-factor authentication using the authenticator app and recently changed my mobile phone.
I do not get a notification to the new phone despite following all steps in the troubleshooting guide.
I am the administrator of the company account and the only person in the company. My only options for signing in is using the authenticator, which does not work. Any help?
