Cannot login to Azure portal

Hi,

I cannot login to the Azure portal (or any other MS service) using my company email address. I have activated two-factor authentication using the authenticator app and recently changed my mobile phone.

I do not get a notification to the new phone despite following all steps in the troubleshooting guide.

I am the administrator of the company account and the only person in the company. My only options for signing in is using the authenticator, which does not work. Any help?

If you have configured any other method, press the "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" link. If not, call support: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Contact-Office-365-for-business-support-32a17ca7-6fa0-4870-8a8d-e25ba4ccfd4b#BKMK_call_support

Hey Gabriel, I have the same issue, I have other methods set as well, but when I am trying to log into Azure they do not show. The problem is only with Azure, did you solve this issue by any chance? Thank You in advance!
