Can't access any server snap-in console

Dear All,

Out of sudden, one of our Windows Server 2012 R2 has an issue that whenever I tried to open .msc consoles, it showed Unavailable, for example, event viewer console.
When I tried Print Management, it asked for IE, please help to take a look into the screenshots.

The last change I remembered we made was trying to install Windows Update but it was hanging then we used RESET option via Vcenter to access the system again.

Hi Jiayou,

Thanks a lot for following up and sorry for my late reply.

Actually we tried to apply all the recommended Windows Update and rebooted the server, everything works out:)

Thanks again for all your efforts!
