when I am trying to schedule my exam AZ-104 the error screen comes with message below
"We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge"
I tried in IE 11 as well as on edge but result is same, so i contacted Pearson VUE support the agent replied as
"Generally, you should be able to get your account created online during the process of booking the exam. However, if you get this error, you will have to contact Microsoft support to get your Pearson VUE profile created. Once that has been done, you will be able to log in and schedule the exam online"
please help
