Teams notifications don't go off in-house network connections and kiosk-enabled PDAs.
The notification only rings while using Teams app, and no notification comes when it runs in the background.
The PDA setting is fine, and I wonder which port should be opened in the company firewall to operate normally.

@ThomasK-5624,

What do you mean PDAs?

In general, Microsoft Teams needs to open UDP ports 3478-3481 and the following IP addresses: 13.107.64.0/18, 52.112.0.0/14, and 52.120.0.0/14. This article contains the network requirements for Microsoft Teams. You could read it.

To determine if there is any conflict between Microsoft Teams and your organization’s special settings, you could try to use Microsoft Teams in a simple network environment and observe the results.

Meanwhile, you could perform a clean boot when using Microsoft Teams to eliminate the conflict with other applications.

@SharonZhao-MSFT

PDA is an Android-based mobile device.
All I need is a Destination URL / Port related to the Teams alarm.
ex(*.coupang.net / TCP 443)

@ThomasK-5624,

For Teams notification, it has no other special URL and ports. Maybe you could refer to this article to learn more addresses and ports for Teams.
