    If this does not resolve on it's own, I would stop and start the ASDK. Once the ASDK has restarted, you will need to check the state of the microsoft.Web RP again to see if this was able to resolve.

    I am not able to find this step in the doc about removing App Service from Azure Stack. are you sure this is necessary?
