Hello,

I have created an enrollment token in intune for Corporate-owned devices with work profile:

In the Knox portal i created a mdm profile for intune as described in the articel
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/android-samsung-knox-mobile-enroll

Issue1:
The device becomes unresponsive after i enterd the upn:

endless loadin screen:

After several minutes the device restarts and did a factory reset. This could also happen after the final profile registration

issue2:
the device restarts directly after i enterd the upn and did a fctory reset.
In both cases a device will be created in the endpoint manager. Affected device are Galaxy A42, A50, A51. All device have Android 10 or 11. During the enrollment of 30 device that happened 5 times so far

@JohnSmith-5837 Thanks for your detailed explain. From the screen shots , it seems everything is normal. Please check if the KNOX version is 3.7 and later in these affected devices.

If the KNOX version is 3.7, it is needed to check more background information such as do the log analysis to find the root cause. With Q&A limitation, it is better to create an online support ticket to handle this issue more effectively. It is free. Here is the online support link:

Hope this issue will be solved as soon as possible.
