I can't schedule a Pearson exam, I think the problem it's that I have two Microsoft Accounts and when I choose a discount a push the Schedule Exam button I receive an error screen:
We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
I test all these tips without success.
I think that it's the same problem that was solved consolidating two Microsoft accounts in this case:
