Hi MS support team,
I have an issue with my Microsoft account. I wanted to schedule the exam but if I click on Schedule exam I see only error message that it is not possible to access my Microsoft profile to schedule exam.
We also tried it through the training certification company and they can't find my account in the system.
Could you please my account and let me know what is wrong? I see a message that I should verify my information in the profile but I checked that and they are OK.
