I have a Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription.
I get a monthly invoice in my mailbox.
Problem is that I cannot login in admin/microsoft.com because my mail address is nog recognized as an administrator user. The same email address I us to get my invoice...
I have an old user with the same email address, but there the platform does not recognize that I have a Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription.
I have had a nice conversation with a friendly Indian woman, but she does not see the problem... But it is there, obviously.
Anyone with a suggestion?
