WSUS Problem

I have a problem with WSUS updating Windows 2019 servers. The updating server is set to just get updates (no downloading). I checked in the console and some servers are shown as requring updates. When I switched to those I got "no updates", but when I selected to check updates from Microsoft Windows Update site, updates were found and downloaded.

Hi, @TomaszW-0873
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
Have we approved the required updates for windows server 2019 on WSUS server?
We can also check WindowsUpdate.log on client to find the Service ID, Service IDs indicate which update source is being scanned.

Hi, @TomaszW-0873
There is no update for a couple of days. May we know the current status of the problem? Is there any other assistance we can provide?

Yes. I set automatic approval. I didn't get notification of a reply here.

Have we checked the WindowsUpdate.log on client to find the Service ID?
