Student Subscritption disappeared from account

I was using the Student Subscription for almost 1 month. Created storage account, 2 VMs, etc...

One day, VMs, storage account and the subscription disappeared. Now, the login forwards me to "Welcome to Azure!" screen. There, if I click on "Access Student Benefits" I still can see my subscription, the amount spent and the expiry date of 23.may.2022.

I am new to Azure. Any hint and help is highly welcomed.

Thx,
Marcelo

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Have you used $100 in credit yet? The Azure student account gives you $100 in credit to use over 12 months in addition to free services.

As long as you use the service quantities included for free during the term, you won’t have to pay anything. Use your Azure for Students credits to pay for services you use over the free quantity included. To continue using Azure after you exhaust your available credits, you may upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription by contacting Azure Support. After you upgrade, you pay only for services you use over the free quantity included.

Hi - not really. I used only a tiny fraction of it (Screenshot from "Education: Overview") : 108702-image.png

That seems odd. I would submit a support request as that's typically the recommendation in the documentation:

Thank you for your patience! First, a quick summary in case anyone else runs into the same issue:

  • You created your student account almost a month ago

  • You still have most of your $100 credit remaining

  • You reached out to support over the weekend

If you had used up your credit or extended beyond 12 months you would contact support to convert to a pay as you go account. For issues with your account, you'd also want to contact support.

You've done all the right things here. I'll reach out directly to you to see if we can help you with your support ticket.
