Google Meet information not showing in Outloook Mac Calendar for received emails/invites

Hi Team, I am using the Outlook for Mac 16.50 on a Microsoft 365 business standard subscription. One of the accounts I have setup in this calendar is a Google account. When I accept the invitations from someone else's Google calendar containing a Google meet, addressed to my Gmail account, although I can accept the invitation and the entry appears in my Outlook calendar, it has no content - there is no Google meet information. I can see the invitation list and meeting title, and that's it.
The meeting link and information is unavailable and these are the meetings which I am able to join from Google Calendar. Most likely, it's a bug in Outlook client.

The new Outlook and Old Outlook, both have same issue.

Hi @VibhanshuJain-4714,

Welcome to Q&A forum!

What's the google account that you are working with (Google Workspace account or personal gmail account)
And could you see the detailed information normally in meeting inviation in Outlook for mac before you accept it?

According to my tests with two personal gmail account on Outlook for Mac version 16.50(21061301), I could check the detailed Google meet information in my calnedar like below, please kindly check if there are any differences between mine and yours(such as client version, account type and test setps etc.):

version information:
108730-snipaste-2021-06-24-10-42-41.jpg
Create a meeting from Gmail web>Add google meet link>send the invitation to the guest
108814-snipaste-2021-06-24-10-45-37.jpg
login the guest's account in Outlook for mac, receive invitation and accept it with response "Thanks"

the meeting is added to my calendar automatically, double-click to open the meeting, it could display the google meet link normally

open the meeting organizer's Inbox, the meeting response"Thanks" is also displayed there normally

Hi @VibhanshuJain-4714,
Thanks for your reply and sorry for delay, I'm still researching for your issues.

I noticed that you are working with Google workspace account, did the meeting contain a Google Hangouts link? If so, as I know, Google hangouts is not supported in Outlook for Mac. If it's your case, please vote this similar idea in Outlook uservoice, it may increase the priority for our engineers to create a possible option or feature that can be included in the future updates of the program. Thanks for your understanding.

I suspect there's something subtly different with your set up.

To confirm, are you receiving the invitations on the tenant's non-google address, e.g. fred@contoso.com, or are you also receiving in Outlook via a google account?
