Outlook Cant open shared calendar

Hello,

We have problem, that some users after migration from Exchange 2010 to 2016 cant see shared calendar of their colleagues.
The problem only affects some people. Deleting the mail profile and creating it didn't help. It only helped to uninstall Office, install and delete the old mail profile. Then they will display the events of their colleagues in the Outlook. When it didn't work, there was an exclamation mark "can't open" next to a colleague's name. If the user shared his calendar and selected in a colleague's message, then the email about accepting the calendar could not be sent he received a message that he could not connect to the mail server or "the folder is empty". Please, I don't know anyone how to run this more efficiently without having to reinstall Office. Owa works fine all the time...

Thank you

Hi,
Have you tried disabling Exchange cached mode?
"then the email about accepting the calendar could not be sent he received a message that he could not connect to the mail server or "the folder is empty"."
-How did you share the calendar?
I'm asking it because if you share the calendar as this doc suggests, there won't be any email about accepting the calendar.

BTW, does the issue happen with users who have been migrated to Exchange 2016 only? For those not migrated, any issue?
Are the colleagues migrated also?
As I know, reinstalling Office does not make a progress in such issue, does it help in every problematic users' PC?

Hi,
All employees have already been moved to Exchange 2016. The point is that it works for some and not for others. They all have the same version of Office. Cache mode is off, I tried to turn it on didn't help anything.
We share calendars in Outlook, so in Outlook I open the calendar tab, select my calendar and select "Share calendar" in the top panel, a window opens where I select to whom I want to send an invitation to my calendar, select the appropriate colleagues and click send. The message "Folder is empty" will appear and the e-mail will not be sent.

Hi,
Would you post a snapshot of the error message "folder is empty"?
Use Windows key + R to open the Run command and enter Outlook.exe/Safe to enter Outlook in safe mode, see if it helps.
Please also try creating a new user mailbox in EAC, test if the issue happen on new created users.
