Accessing my certification

I thought I had downloaded my Microsoft Excel Specialist Certification when I earned it in December but I can't find it anywhere. My Microsoft Cert ID has expired to access it and it said that to get a new one I could find that on my "log in page" which is incredibly unclear because I have no idea where or how to access that page. I thought it was saved under my school email that I should have a Microsoft account in but when I tried to log in with my outlook school email it said I can't use the outlook email so I'm just very confused. I just want to download my certification
