Example:
connected from Windows 10 to Azure AD
Populates:
AzureAD\TestUserName
Desired:
AzureAD\Test
How is it possible to make this change and to edit the usernames for the Windows 10 OS for the users being populated from Azure AD

Thank you for your post!
Have you tried to going Azure Active Directory -> Users -> Select the user -> Edit their Display Name
I've also added the Windows 10 general tag to this thread, so their team can take a look at this issue too.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Yes,
I also changed removed the name and removed the last name and just left the first name.
I have done all of that already.

Thank you for the quick reply on this!
Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing both from the Azure portal and from wherever you're seeing "AzureAD\TestUserName", so I can gain a better understanding of your issue?
Any additional screenshots or information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this issue!
