sheduling an appointment for an az-900 exam is not possible

Hello,

i tried to shedule an appointment but when i chose the voucher after a few seconds i am forwarded to https://examregistration.microsoft.com/error?s=ERROR_CANDIDATE_NOT_FOUND

And get this Message:
"We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam"

I use Microsoft Edge, cleared the cache and tried private mode, still the same issue since days.

First i tried to geht help here:

But they told me to ask a question here.

I hope you can help me.

So i found several other question like this also one from yesterday with an answer of a Microsoft Agent who said that the system error is already fixed and the following has to be done to fix browsing issues:

  1. sign-out from the browser

  2. Clear cache and cookies. Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings

  3. Use an "InPrivate/Incognito" browser session or try on a different browser. Make sure that the browser is updated or you may download the new microsoft edge.

  4. Try to schedule your exam.

When i use a microsoft service i always use an InPrivate session because otherwise SSO will automatically log me in with my business account.

So i tried everything mentioned above:
- used microsoft edge
- updated microsoft edge
- signed out from the browser
- cleared all cache and cookies
- used InPrivate session
- used a different browser (did the same steps as mentioned before)
- used a different computer with two different browsers (edge + safari) also did the same as mentioned before

So i don't know what i can do anymore.
I tried it the last days and today again for 2 hours.
I am wasting so much time just to make an appointment for an exam, which should not take longer than 5 min?

Okay now tried the third device with Microsoft edge and fresh installed mozilla firefox, since Microsoft edge is based on chrome, i didn't think chrome browser works better with microsoft than the officcial microsoft product itself...

So still not able to make exam. Very frustrating and time wasting

I tried Pearson VUE (https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/) already who lead me over here.

Copied everything over there and hope i get help there.
Thx anyway.
