Cant disable MFA nor Enable App password

Hi everyone, Im the global administrator of my exchange service, and I'm trying to migrate my organization mailboxes to my local postfix server.
Im using imapsync to do it, but I couldnt because of a login error.
I was researching around and I think is because of MFA.
Researching a lottle bit more, I found I can generate an App password to avoid MFA but the option isnt in the place it should be 109414-image.png

I also enable Temporary Access Pass in Authentication Methods but nothing

MFA per user is disabled, but I still need it to login, so I assume its a global config, I need to disable it but couldnt find the option to do it

Please some help, Im totally lost here

Neither of these will help you here. What you need to do is make sure basic/legacy authentication is enabled, so the tool you're using can actually connect. First, check/disable security defaults: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/fundamentals/concept-fundamentals-security-defaults
Check for any CA policies that might be blocking legacy auth too, and make sure the IMAP protocol is not being blocked on Exchange level (Get-CasMailbox, Get-OrganizationConfig). There are some more exotic things to check as well, but lets start with these.

Yes, I finally could solve it by disabling security defaults, thanks a lot!
