HOW CAN I RETRIEVE A TRANSLATION I MADE IN THE SOFTWARE DOCUMENT TRANSLATOR ?

Hi,

I was doing a 22,550 word DOC document when after a translation from ENG to PORTUGUSE was set and activated and processed by the software; it did NOT come out on the screen.

The translation did happen because the software deducted the WORD NUMBER from my credit of words bank. The problem is I could not find a LOG of the work done, including the other translations I made and had a positive yield on he screen.

So, since the translation was supposedly done, how can I retrieve that or I should consider it was a GLITCH and the translation NEVER happened ?

Bottom line, from MSFT I need either the translation, the word number credit back, or my subscription money .

Can you please add more details response code that you are getting. Please follow the response from API start Translation.
Response:
On successful request, the batch request is created by the service.
In the header Operation-Location will have URL to check status along with id. This id is used for further reference.
The translated documents in user shared cloud storage location. Once the service uploads the result blobs to this container, the customer can download the result blobs using any Azure Storage tool (the Portal, AzCopy, Storage Explorer, etc.).

I went to the Software - Document Translator - and tried everything I could to retrieve the translation.

Only the work translation that showed in the screen when it was done and I had access to on the screen, I saved and is listed as saved documents.

This translation I never had access to because I never saw it.

If anyone want access to my acct I will be glad to provide. From what i saw the work done by the software is NOT logged anywhere. If it is please RETRIEVE IT.

Please do not send API instruction with Phyton or php coding scripting instructions. I am not a coder or programmer. I am a software user.
