Training Failed: "Timed out, sorry, it seems the training process took too long."

Hello,

I'm trying to Train a model with a fairly complex table. After about 5 min's of training I receive the following error massage:

Training Failed: "Timed out, sorry, it seems the training process took too long."

This is via the "https://fott-preview.azurewebsites.net/" web application.

Thank You;

Nick

@NickShepherd-2662 Was this is the first time that you trained a project with this data or did a prior training run with similar labels & tables train successfully?
Usually, a time out error is linked to training data set that failed to train correctly. This needs to be checked by the service team on a case by case basis for your resource to advise what needs to be corrected.

Meanwhile, could you try the scenario again and let us know the region, API version for your training run?

Hello,
@romungi-MSFT, we are having the same issue here with @NickShepherd-2662. This is the first time I trained a project with this account, which worked earlier with another Cognitive Service account. I created a support ticket for the service team, but if it helps you identify the problem, we are using API version v2.1-preview.3 in the US South Central region.

Thanks,
Matt
