@SithiraKariyawasam-6463,

For security purpose, I covered your email address. Thanks for your understanding.

According to the error message, it seems that IT admin configures a conditional access policy in organization. This policy should restrict the Device platforms for you. For more information, please refer to this article.

If this is not the reason, I want to confirm some questions with you:

Are you invited in this organization as a guest?

Does anyone else with the similar role have the same problem?

I need to use teams from my personal email to connect with my family and friends.

@SithiraKariyawasam-6463,
So, do you mean that you use Teams for free?

@SithiraKariyawasam-6463,

Teams apps on Windows and macOS are gaining support for device policies that restrict sign in to your organization. When this policy is configured on a device, users can only sign in with accounts homed in an Azure AD tenant that is included in the “Tenant Allow List” defined in the policy. For more information, you could refer to this article.

So, it is suggested to sign in Team web client.
