Unable to access VM

I resized my Windows VM in Azure and now I cannot access it. It says it is running, but I cannot use RDP to remote in and my management tool that was installed on it says it is offline.

Microsoft wants me to pay to submit a support request, but why should I pay for something that is broken on their end?

Hi @EddieSeelke-2758 ,

did you try to redeploy the VM already?
