Good Day, I did review and could not locate any details that I am looking for.
Problem Statement:
Once a Project is closed, We would like to make the content available to other Project Managers/Administrators for future use.
Example, Closed projects could be query to find similar projects, lessons learned, risks, Schedule etc. The project data should include all documentation loaded to PWA for future reference.
I did notice most of the feedback from other queries relates to archive and delete data.
Did anyone have a similar strategy or solution how to do this?
Maybe move it to a SharePoint site? If this is an option, please advice on steps to do this? Maybe automation of it?
