I am trying to register for the Power Platform Fundamentals exam on Pearson VUE in the United Kingdom. After multiple turns on incognito and private mode the following pop up (attached) appears, suggesting I contact someone from support.
I have called up Pearson VUE who say my Microsoft account doesn't exist and that it's up to Microsoft to set one up for me in Pearson VUE. I called up Microsoft and they said the best thing to do is speak to a technician. I have been told this error has happened to a few people.
