You do not have access error starting microsoft learn sandbox

Starting learn sandbox from learning path, I'm asked to open my account on azure portal. I open and as soon as I try to create or to see anything, i.e. azure active drectory, I got this error " you dont have access".

I have an active subscription in azure and I use the same for learning sandbox the first time I used. Maybe this is the issue: I land on my azure subscriptions but in the directory "MICROSOFT LEARN SANDBOX". If I switch to my own directory I can work with my resources without issues, but if I stay or go back on Microsoft learn sandbox directory I can't do anything.

Any suggestion is greatly appreciate.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with course issues in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
