Dears,
I'm not able to schedule any exam certification. When I click on the button Schedule Exam, I do receive the message below. I've executed all the procedures recommended in the error message, but the issue still there.
Just to confirm, I've reviewe all of items below in order to proceed with the exam scheduling.
1) User profile completed
2) User profile linked to my work e-mail
3) Elegibility checked and exam voucher Claimed
Error message received
We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.
