Cannot Login To Windows from Remote Desktop on Mac OS

Hello,
I am running into an issue with a pc we have in our studio that I am trying to connect to using Microsoft Remote Desktop app on a Mac.
(Mac OS 11.4; MRD v10.6.7; (1896) Windows 10 pro 2004 19041.1052)
I am using Remote Desktop to connect to a pc from my MacBook Pro, both in the studio and from home, using a Azure AD login credentials. I am able to establish a connection using the Azure AD email address and password, however, once the pc window is showing on my Mac, I am stuck at the login window. The message on the screen is "The user name or password is incorrect, try again" If i re enter the Azure e-mail address and password again i get the same message. If i use the local/username id and password, i get a message saying that i cannot use that id and to enter my school or work e-mail instead. I have ran through as many articles as i could find on how to allow RDP settings and even edited the RDC text file to include enablecredsspsupport:i:0. I am able to make a connection using a 3rd party Remote Desktop application called JumpDesktop, however, I really want to set this up using MDC so other users in my studio can connect to the computer and I don't need to buy a ton of licenses for the 3rd party app to allow it.
Any thoughts on why I am getting stoped at the login screen even though I am entering valid credentials would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello JiaYou

Thank you for the suggestions, unfortunately, neither made a difference. The Beta version had the same result, and the version 8 app wouldn't run on the Mac OS. I am attaching a screen shot of the login screen i am getting after using Remote Desktop from the Mac. As you can see, I can make the connection to the PC with the Desktop app, however, I am told I have the wrong username and password, which is not true.

Is there anything on the PC side that I should allow or turn on? I am going to try setting up a separate user today and see if that allows me to log in locally.

Thank you!

Adding another user to the PC didn't work. I was not allowed to use local/username format to login, it asks for school or work email address.

Could the 3rd party remote desktop app be blocking this in any way?

Ok that got it!!

The NLA was off, which from the error message I got after turning it on implied, it was needed for logging in with Azure ID. When i turned it on, I was no longer able to use my Azure account to connect, but, I was able to login to the local account that I created. This will work for the purpose that wanted for the computer.

Thank you so much for your help on this issue. It is much appreciated.
