Can my Integrated Service Environment access a Key Vault certificate from outside my ISE?

Can I use a certificate from an existing key vault (created outside of my ISE) for RosettaNet logic app that's in an Integrated Service Environment? I want to use it for signing and encrypting/decrypting RosettaNet messages from an Internet source. I wasn't able to add the certificate to a managed identity within the ISE, so I believe it's related to the Key Vault not having an access policy.

Thanks,
V A Maes

Thank you for your post!

Are you following any documentation when setting this up? Or are you receiving any error messages when trying to use an AKV certificate within your logic app?

I did some research and found some links that might help with your issue:
Azure Key Vault Developer's Guide
Azure Key Vault Connector
Set up customer-managed keys to encrypt data at rest for integration service environments (ISEs) in Azure Logic Apps
