Hi @KaveriNikhila-5293 ,

Azure only supports a couple of Client OS versions with in-place upgrades - If it isn't a Client OS, then we advise to pull the machine Offline to upgrade, or move the data to a newly deployed machine with the OS you need.

If you have any issues with the data migration, you can write into Azure Support for any questions or concerns however.
