AD B2C throwing resource not found error on a particular scenario for Login via OTP Custom B2C policy.

Hi Team ,

We are using Login Via OTP functionality in AD B2C and have created a custom policy for same.. We are using Display control (phone) and Azure Send SMS and Verify SMS technical profiles.

In a particular scenario upon receiving the OTP code, entering wrong OTP Code for first time and proceeding, getting OTP again and entering the right OTP now we are getting the error "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

This is coming most of the times on few of our environments. It is also coming for Reset Password policy as well . In ideal case of receiving the right otp and entering right otp , and performing operation (Login or reset password), it is working fine .

Is there any help around this ?

What is the doc that you used to create the Custom Policy using OTP? Have you referenced any sample custom policy from GitHub? If so can you please share the link, as that would help us in understanding the case better. If you've written this from scratch please send an email to "azcommunity@microsoft.com" with subject "ATTN: James Hamil" with your subscription ID and I'll open a support ticket. We'd need to look at the code to understand the issue. So sorry for the delay.

Best,
James
