The other day I had a user unable to open AutoCAD without immediately hitting a fatal error on a config file. Looking at the error, it was clear that it was tripping on a file pointing to the local Administrator account. I decided to log in on the Administrator account and on doing so (i.e. getting to the desktop) was presented with a message to the effect that anything I did would not be saved. Checking the login, I was logged in as "TEMP". Checking File Explorer I saw that the "C:\Users\Administrator" dir only had a single folder - OneDrive. Nothing else.
Any thoughts about how this might happen without the user doing anything?
