Hello All,
As I am sure you can tell from all my questions, we have been moving everything Exchange from an old WIN 2008 Server & 2013EX to a WIN 2019 Server & 2019EX.
All seemed to be going reasonably well. I have 1 last receive connector to shut down, however when I do shut it down, our Sharp printer fails to connect and send scanned documents via email.
This is the error I see on in the event log on the server:
"An TLS 1.2 connection request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the client application are supported by the server. The TLS connection request has failed." Error 36874
These are the errors I see on the scanner:
1) SSL communication with the SMTP server failed. Check the server setting.
2) ERROR[3332]: Connection to SMTP server test failed
Thanks for any ideas on where to start looking at correcting this.
Respectfully, B
