Unexpected Billing

I am a beginner in Azure learning. Anyway I got subscription on Pluralsight and through Pluralsight I am accessing the Azure Portal. I keep my eye on bills and Every month I see amount was 0 but today suddenly i saw it was 110 Euros. This is a big amount for me..can someone help me to understand why it happened. Now i deleted all the resources but still its increasing.

Pls advise what to do?

The Azure billing support team is in the best position to help review your invoice on the backend in order to resolve this asap.

Please create a billing support request at no extra cost.
