How to assign permissions to folder to just some domain users

Hey guys I need to give access to a folder on my D drive to just one domain user and block the other domain users from seeing its content.
If I try to remove permissions for Domain Users group, everyone gets blocked including the admin.
What is the best way to give access to a specific folder just to 1 or 2 domain users and block the rest from seeing its content?
All users are part of the MYDOMAIN\Users folder so if I block the MYDOMAIN\Users all the users get blocked including the ones that need access.
How can I fix this?
I need to be able to give access to a folder to just the users that need access, not everyone for security reasons.

Rather than denying Domain Users from being able to see the drive or folder, just don't give them any permissions on the drive. Assign read and write access directly to the user(s) that you need to. If the Domain users group doesn't have access, it won't see the drive. If you set it to deny, it will remove access for everyone found in that group regardless of their other permissions.

Had to do this but had to disable Inheritance since it was greyed out to change.
Thanks!
