Hi,
Windows Virtual PC requires one of the following Windows 7 editions - Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise edition.
It is no longer available for use as of Windows 8. Instead, use the Hyper-V WMI provider (V2).]
It seems that downloads are no longer available

Hi,
Windows 7 reached end of Extended Support on 14 Jan 2020.
After that, technical assistance and software updates from Windows Update that help protect your PC will no longer be available for the product.
If you don’t see Windows Virtual PC on your Windows 7 Start menu, you’ll need to download it from the Microsoft Web site and install it on your computer before proceeding.

Unfortunately, due to the end of support, the website is no longer available for download.
Hope above information can help you.

Our customers want to use Virtual PC on Windows 7.
Is it possible to distribute the Virtual PC package we downloaded from MSDN to specific customers only?
Does your answer mean that we can offer Windows Virtual PC to our customers?
Hi,
To avoid misunderstanding, I would like to explain that although Windows Virtual PC is one of the functions of Windows 7, but the related support has now been discontinued.
If you need to use your own MSDN account for distribution, I doubt the feasibility of related operations.
Since this query is more related to MSDN account.
If you need a definite answer you'd better contact the Visual Studio Subscription support.
