Issue with scheduling Windows File Share report from SCOM console

Hi Team

we have SCOM 2019 which is in Azure enviornment we tried scheduling the report from SCOM console which is a Windows File Share (Delivery method) report.

we received the error message as"Failure writing (Sharepoint path)An impersonation error occured using the security context"

while creating the Schedule reports we used the user account as -rpt
we tried logging on to the report server using the above credentials and tried accessing the path we were able to access the path as well as we are able to upload the documents to that path.

kindly assist us on this issue.

Regards,
Ravi shankar

Hi,

Based on the description, it seems the problem is more related with SQL. Have you gone through the steps mentioned in the below post?

Hi Alex,

We have provided read/write/modify/delete rights to *-svcscom-rpt, *-svcscom-dbr accounts on the File share server where we want to write the reports.

We checked the link shared by you about checking the which credentials SQL Server Agent Service use and found it is using the account ****-msa-azudbXXX.
we are not able to give the same level of permissions to this account like the above accounts as it is not a normal user account.

Can you please let us know if anything else can be checked.

Regards,
Ravi shankar
