I have to share a privacy concern that in your first image you have shared your email and it is public forum and to prevent the spamming , please hide your email in the first image and the attach your image again.
I Appreciate the concern, but I am an internationally published computer journalist and my email is well-known :)
Thank you for the clarification, that would be fine, I should have shared this because I observed like users unintentionally share photo with their information like emails and they got spammed. However, in your case that would be fine and thank you for letting me know.
I thought this just happen to unsupported processor like my intel 5th gen, but maybe because it still a DP so MS will fix it latter on update
Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
It might be a false-positive and such issues are expected in the insider builds.

Hi,
I have seen similar reports of it, since Windows 11 Insider Previews version now as an early experience, you can use the Feedback Hub app to share your problem and wait for the next update.

Well I believe that Microsoft Redmond Washington paid off people that stole and just hearse people and don’t care if it connected to someone else profile.
