Data Deduplication failed to run on volume with active OneDrive synchronization folders

Hello,
I'm using Windows Server 2019 as "desktop PC". I have 3 disks - OS (C:), Data (D) and Data (E).
I've enabled data deduplication. On disk E: it is working without any problems. Drive D is used as local storage for OneDrive. I'm using files on demand in OneDrive synchronization.
When I'm trying to run data deduplication on drive D, I'm getting an error "Status - Failed". Last status is showed below:

I've checked disk with chkdsk, but status is - no error found.
I've replace physical disk with new one and the problem is the same.
Does anyone has an idea why OneDrive synchronization is making such problem? And how to solve it?

Regards
Marcin

Hi Marcin,
Is there any error message in the Event Log?
Also the same error occurred before Windows Server2012. It means that hotspot table is too small to hold all hotspots., 0x8056530c, Data deduplication encountered an unexpected error. Check the Data Deduplication Operational event log for more information.
I would suggest that you check avaliable update first. If you could find security updates, install them. It will update related .dll files version such as Ddppipeline.dll, Ddpscan.dll, Ddpstore.dll, etc.
If the issue persists after all these steps, for deep investigation and better solution I would suggest that you try a Microsoft Support ticket. If the issue has been proved as system flaw, the consulting fee would be refund. You may find phone number for your region accordingly from the link below.

Thanks for your time.
Best regards,
Danny
