Could you please expand the + ImportError message and share the complete details?
I had tested with Databricks Feature Store with DBR 8.4 ML Beta (includes Apache Spark 3.1.2, Scala 2.12) and able to run without any issue.

From the above screenshot, looks like you are using DBR 8.4 Beta.
To use Databricks Feature Store, you need to have DBR 8.3 ML or DBR 8.4 ML Beta.
