Delete an Asset in Purview using REST API part 2

I found partial answer for my problem from here:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/412522/delete-an-asset-in-purview-using-ret-api.html

In the answer mentioned DELETE https://{ {catalog_end_point}}/api/atlas/v2/entity/uniqueAttribute/type/<entity_type>?attr%3AqualifiedName=<entity_qualified_name>

However, I am not sure how to find <entity_type> and <entity_qualified_name> for other Azure/Microsoft services for example Azure Synapse and Power BI that have been scanned in Purview.

Please help.

Hello @MuhammadHarinnHizhairieMukhtar-4896,

Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

Steps to find <entity_type> and <entity_qualified_name> for other Azure/Microsoft services for example Azure Synapse and Power BI that have been scanned in Purview.

Step1: In Azure Purview, the search bar is located at the top of the Purview studio UX.

Step2: When you click on the search bar, you can see your recent search history and recently accessed assets. Select "*" to see all of the assets.

This article - Search the Azure Purview Data Catalog outlines how to search the Azure Purview data catalog to quickly find the data you are looking for.

In your screenshot example for Asset name "chepragen2", what should the entity type be?

The reason I ask because your answer in the other post https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/412522/delete-an-asset-in-purview-using-ret-api.html, the <entity_type> value is "azure_datalake_gen2_filesystem".
