Conditional access - Compliance issue

Hope someone has some input
On Androids who try to log into webmail are asked to enroll - but devices are already enrolled

. First user sign into outlook.office365.com - MFA is required which is applied, and then it shows that the device must be enrolled and “get the app”.

But the Company portal is installed on the device and also if checking the device on both the device itself in company portal and at the endpoint backend the device is compliant status

Checkee the sign-ins of the user with the issue and Conditional access fail on the “require the device to be marked compliant” when i look up the sign-ins.- but again, the device is compliant - any ideas?

Hi @KimRiggelsen-7229 · Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please verify Azure Active Directory > Devices > Click on the device and confirm the Compliant property is YES. You can also run Get-AzureADDevice -ObjectId <Object ID of the device> | fl to verify this. If it is set to yes, kindly share the correlation ID, request ID and timestamp that you get along with the error.

Yes the device is compliant. As test I tried to remove the user from the conditional access policy where compliancy is required and afterwards it works to access webmail.
