I can’t access my Microsoft profile to schedule my exam. To resolve the issue, I tried these steps in this order and returned to the exam page to schedule the exam, but it didn't work:
1) Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge;
2) Clear all cache and cookies;
3) Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge.
I also registered at pearsonvue, but it's still not working. I would need help to see if my registration at pearsonvue is done now, and also if there's any other step that I need to do, besides all that I've tried so far.
