Microsoft Teams - Connexion issue

Hello,

I can no longer connect to Teams after restarting my machine.
I have a typical error message: Cannot connect, please restart.
I have to uninstall Teams, then reinstall the app, to fix the problem
Looks like Teams can't connect to my InterSystems Corporation organization.

Thank you for your help

Hi @JeanMarcFerrandis-9921

It seems that you have reinstalled Teams client to fix this issue. Does this issue reproduce in your environment?

To narrow this issue, could you share the error message screenshot with us?

In addition, please check if user can login in Teams web client normally. If there is no issue in Teams web client, it may related to your client, try to update your version of Teams client and restart it to see if can be fixed.

Thanks for your feedback!

If there is no issue before this issue happened, this issue may related to time zone. In this case, we recommend you go to control panel -> Time & Language-> Set time zone automatically OFF and select manually the time zone and then synchronized your clock. Then restart your computer to see if it can be fixed.

In addition, perform a clean boot to exclude whether a background program is interfering with Teams.

Moreover, check the health status of Microsoft Teams in Office 365 admin center > Health > Service health.
